
真(zhen)空(kong)泵機組(zu)振(zhen)動(dong)異常,原(yuan)因(yin)有很(hen)多(duo),下(xia)面(mian)就(jiu)壹(yi)步步進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析(xi)判(pan)斷(duan)。首先(xian)檢(jian)查是(shi)否(fou)由於(yu)機器本(ben)身及(ji)磁場偏(pian)心等(deng)原(yuan)因造成(cheng)。排除電(dian)機本(ben)身及(ji)磁場偏(pian)心等(deng)原(yuan)因後(hou),把真空(kong)泵與(yu)變(bian)速箱分開開機試(shi)驗,電(dian)機及(ji)變速箱振(zhen)動(dong)異常無(wu)變(bian)化,由此(ci)初步判(pan)定(ding)電機和(he)變(bian)速箱的振(zhen)動(dong)來(lai)源於(yu)變(bian)速箱及(ji)聯軸(zhou)器。根據經驗,重(zhong)點(dian)測量和(he)分(fen)析(xi)電機輸(shu)出(chu)端及(ji)變速箱高速軸(zhou)後(hou)側(ce)兩(liang)個點(dian)。
邊(bian)頻帶往(wang)往隨故障(zhang)的發(fa)展而(er)上升(sheng),也(ye)是(shi)齒輪傳(chuan)動(dong)中判(pan)斷(duan)故障(zhang)所在部位(wei)的特(te)征頻率。可(ke)能是(shi)齒輪有局部缺陷, 即(ji)相當(dang)於(yu)齒輪每轉壹(yi)周(zhou)產(chan)生壹(yi)個脈(mai)沖激(ji)勵(li),嚙合(he)頻率被(bei)壹個(ge)短(duan)的故障(zhang)脈沖所調制,兩(liang)側(ce)出現邊(bian)頻帶, 並(bing)因局(ju)部缺陷故障(zhang)脈沖引(yin)起(qi)頻率突跳(tiao)。由此(ci)可(ke)推(tui)斷高(gao)速軸(zhou)齒輪出現(xian)局(ju)部點蝕磨損。更(geng)換(huan)變(bian)速箱並(bing)找正聯軸(zhou)器後(hou),真空(kong)泵機組(zu)振(zhen)動(dong)明顯(xian)減(jian)弱(ruo)。
在更(geng)換(huan)變(bian)速箱前(qian),用百(bai)分表(biao)測量聯(lian)軸(zhou)器不(bu)同(tong)軸(zhou)度大於(yu)0.5mm,偏(pian)角(jiao)大於(yu)15度,此為綜(zong)合(he)不(bu)對(dui)中; 打開變速箱發(fa)現(xian)高(gao)速軸(zhou)齒輪有五個齒面(mian)表(biao)層(ceng)疲(pi)勞剝落,其中壹(yi)個接(jie)觸(chu)面(mian)有接(jie)近壹半(ban)脫(tuo)落。兩(liang)個故(gu)障(zhang)因素(su)同(tong)時(shi)存在產生疊(die)加效(xiao)應(ying),使(shi)得真空(kong)泵機組(zu)在運行(xing)時(shi)出現振(zhen)動(dong)異常。
